This medium-firm pillow is optimized for back and stomach sleepers. Side sleepers typically need a higher loft pillow to fill the space between the shoulder and head for proper alignment.
The breathable cover is removable and machine washable for easy care. The memory foam core should be spot cleaned only and never submerged in water. Air out the pillow periodically to maintain freshness.
